about

We are not long for this world. Before this mortal husk expires and gives way to the natural progression of things, give thought to what will be of your remains, and how you can give back to what has no choice but to be ravaged by humanity. Grappling with your own mortality is an intense process, the different places the mind wanders to are vast. You reflect on all the good in your life, and all the not so good. There's some contrast between the tracks on this EP, and it's due to my own journey of coming to acceptance with death, by embracing a Green Death.

I am indebted to Caitlin Doughty and The Order of the Good Death for introducing me and countless others to this concept.
